My name is Jordon, and I'm a specialist in the psychology of talent assessment and development. For me, the mission in simple. I want to provide people with meaningful learning experiences which enable them to make a positive impact in their careers, and translate that into success for the organisations where they work.
It all started in external consultancy, working with clients around the world across all manner of industries. Through hard graft, I built my expertise in workplace simulations and psychometrics, and how best to use them in identifying and developing skills.
Years later, I moved to an in-house position with Talogy, becoming their strategic lead for internal learning and performance. My work there continues in a freelance capacity, collaborating with the Chief People Officer and the People team as the primary designer of global development roadmaps and initiatives.
From my background, you'll see how I bring a balanced perspective to the table. I have hands-on experience designing practical, high-impact programs, and facilitating sessions where attentiveness is key. I know how to run learning management systems, and manage performance reviews and goal setting processes in HR information systems. Meanwhile, I design strategic roadmaps and decide where to invest into partnerships, technologies, and global development initiatives, in service of company goals.
This means I understand the entire context of talent management. Having served on business management steering groups, navigated budgets, and dealt with continuous organisational change, I know how easily your best intentions can be hit with setbacks. And, I've learned how to manage them effectively.
